ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ASSOCIATION MANAGER
Association Managers are the primary contact with the Board of Directors, Homeowners, and private contractors servicing the association. This exciting and active position requires an understanding of the legal, professional, and property maintenance areas of the community association environment.
Position requirements include inspecting the assigned communities, initiating correspondence, assigning work orders, monitoring work, soliciting maintenance bids, processing design review requests, preparing for and attending board meetings, presenting financial statements, working hand-in-hand with onsite community maintenance personnel and working with LCM's administrative and other support staff.
ASSISTANT ASSOCIATION MANAGER
Assistant Association Managers assist the Association Managers with their responsibilities, and may have direct communication with the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors. They will assist with the processing of design review requests, notices and violations letters, take clubhouse reservations, process key orders and may review homeowner account information and correspond with collection personnel. Competent computer skills and knowledge of standard word processing and spreadsheet programs and the general computer environment are helpful. Due to the high volume of correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.
ASSOCIATION ON-SITE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONALS
Association on-site maintenance personnel play an integral roll in the maintenance and operations of an association. The Onsite maintenance personnel, employee's of the association, will maintain contact with LCM Property Management through LCM's Association Community Manager and will also communicate with owners and other residents of the association. The person in this position may help to enforce rules and regulations, supervise maintenance activities, and also will become familiar with and abide by the association's governing documents. This position has maintained office hours and also requires accessibility, by cell phone and pager. At times the on-site maintenance person will be required to assist with emergency and after hours calls. This position may require onsite housing.
ACCOUNTANT
Accountants must have a solid understanding of the accounting environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required. The person applying for this position must have a four year degree in accounting. An understanding of fund accounting and special projects accounting is needed. Persons in this position will acquire an understanding of the foreclosure process and may correspond with attorneys concerning collections and foreclosures. This is a challenging and rewarding position and is suited for the person who enjoys problem solving and analysis. The accountant will interact in a supervisory roll with the bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable staff. Communication with title companies, and CPA's during audits and reviews is also required.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Clerical positions, involving: filing, routing, copying, and processing of mail/faxes are available. Secretarial personnel who are skilled as receptionists, and in typing, processing of mailings, and other related functions are needed. These positions require a competent and cheerful attitude.
